Automatic Refunds

If a video pipeline fails during processing, your credits are automatically refunded. No action needed on your part.

Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund from the date of any subscription payment. To request a refund within this window, email billing@ketaziv.com with your account email.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal — it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Free Tier

The free tier requires no payment and is not subject to refunds.
