Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Content

• Copyright-infringing content
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors — zero tolerance
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
• Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence
• Malware distribution
• Deceptive deepfakes of real people presented as authentic
• Content unlawful in your or your target audience's jurisdiction

Prohibited Conduct

• Circumventing metering, credits, or watermarks
• Scraping or reselling the service without an API agreement
• Uploading content you don't have rights to
• Using link-import on content you don't own or control
• Attempting to deanonymize other users
• Security testing without written permission

Enforcement

Violations are handled on a graduated basis: warning, suspension, then termination. Immediate termination is reserved for CSAM, NCII, and clear illegality.
