Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026. By using Ketaziv you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Ketaziv is an AI-assisted video clipping platform. We transcribe, analyze, clip, caption, reframe, and optionally publish short-form video clips from your long-form content — on your instruction.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of everything you upload and all clips derived from it. You grant Ketaziv a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transcode, transcribe, analyze, modify (clip, caption, reframe), and transmit your content solely to provide the service as you direct. This license ends when you delete the content, except for transient backups.

4. Content Warranties

You represent that you own or have rights to all content you upload, including any music, guest appearances, or third-party footage. You are responsible for having the right to process any third parties depicted in your recordings.

5. AI Disclaimer

Transcripts, clips, virality scores, titles, and other AI-generated outputs are machine-generated and may be inaccurate. Virality scores are predictions, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publication.

6. Credits & Billing

Credits are measured in source video minutes. Monthly allocations reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Failed pipeline runs are automatically refunded. Subscriptions auto-renew; you can cancel anytime via the billing portal.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Publishing uses YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X APIs under their respective terms, which you separately accept. Platform outcomes (removals, strikes, account actions) are the platform's decisions.

8. Acceptable Use

Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Copyright & Takedowns

See our Copyright & Takedown Policy. We comply with the South African ECTA (Chapter XI) and the US DMCA. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal risk. On termination, processing stops and content is deleted per our retention schedule.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa. Where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide additional protections, those protections apply.

13. Changes

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
